From December 18 to 20, 2017, the 2017 Guangdong Tobacco Commercial System Field Conference was held in Huizhou Hotel. Professor Wu Yaohua, Founder/Chairman of BlueSword Logistics Technology, and Dr. Shen Changpeng, Assistant to President, were invited to attend this meeting.

In response to the site conditions of Huizhou Tobacco's new cigarette logistics distribution center, BlueSword planned and designed an integrated and seamless process flow, integrated innovative and at the same time mature and stable automated process equipment, and combined with the application of intelligent park and control platform to build a modern intelligent cigarette logistics distribution center with high informationization, moderate automation and deep leaning.
Cigarette logistics distribution center adopts one automatic palletizer to complete the automatic palletizing of pieces of cigarettes and one whole pallet shaper to complete the automatic finishing of industrial and commercial whole pallet intermodal pallets; three single-extension stacker cranes are used with 10 layers of vertical storage shelves and 2,520 pallet positions to store 15,120 cases of cigarettes at full load with the help of terrain height difference; six multi-speed chains and a multi-piercing system with 5,700 storage positions are used to realize the integrated storage and sorting process of pieces of cigarettes preparation, pieces of cigarettes storage and pieces of cigarettes sorting out of storage.
The sorting workshop of the cigarette logistics distribution center adopts 2 standard cigarette waterfall automatic sorting lines and 1 semi-automatic shaped cigarette sorting line; the standard cigarette sorting line has a rated efficiency of 18,000 cigarettes/hour, with a total of 124 automatic sorting channels in a single line, realizing automatic opening, replenishment, sorting, coding, packing and labeling of more than 99% of cigarettes; the shaped cigarette sorting line has a rated efficiency of 3,000 cigarettes/hour, with 100 sorting channels designed to realize manual replenishment and automatic sorting of shaped cigarettes, and automatic packing with the help of robots.
